Rainbow Kate (レインボーケイト) a 13-year old middle school student and is one of the Sailor Shoppies. She's also the leader of the Shopkins Sailor Senshi. Her alter ego is Sailor Rainbow and is also the Princess of the Rainbow Kingdom, Princess Raylene.

Rainbow Kate has has long hair kept parted in the center and typically tied into two buns/pigtails with yellow, blue, purple, and pink streaks. She has light purple eyes.
As Sailor Rainbow, her hair remains the same, but she gets two bows on her buns.She wears a sleeveless rainbow dress with a white ruffle and a bow with a heart on the back. For footwear, she wears rainbow Sailor Moon-style boots.
